FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from our buyers and distributors about cocopeat specifications, ordering, and shipping.

Our standard MOQ is one 40ft HQ container (26 MT for loose stuffing, 24 MT for pellet stuffing). For 20ft containers, capacity is 12+ MT palletized cocopeat. However, we can accommodate smaller trial orders for new partners. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Raw cocopeat naturally contains high levels of sodium (Na) and potassium (K) which can harm plants. Calcium buffering involves washing the coir pith with calcium nitrate solution to replace these harmful ions with calcium, resulting in a stable, low-EC substrate safe for all crops.

When stored in a cool, dry place, our compressed cocopeat blocks have a shelf life of approximately 5 years. The compressed format prevents microbial degradation and maintains quality over time.

Yes. Every batch is lab-tested and a COA is provided with every shipment. The COA includes pH, EC, exchangeable cations (K, Na, Ca), moisture content, and physical parameters.

Absolutely. Both EC and pH are fully customizable. We offer Buffered and Low EC grades and can also produce custom EC and pH levels to match your specific growing program requirements.

We export to Europe (Spain, Netherlands, Italy), Africa (Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania, South Africa, Nigeria), the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar), Asia Pacific (Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia), and the Americas (USA, Canada, Brazil, Peru).

Our cocopeat is shipped in containerized loads — either palletized (shrink-wrapped) or floor/loose stuffed. A 40ft HQ container holds 26+ MT for loose stuffing and 24+ MT for pellet stuffing. A 20ft container holds 12+ MT palletized cocopeat. We handle all export documentation including phytosanitary certificates and customs clearance.

Yes, we encourage sample evaluation. We can ship sample blocks for you to test in your growing conditions. Contact us with your requirements and we'll arrange sample shipment.
