From raw husk to export-ready product — a controlled, quality-focused process at every stage.
01Raw Material Sourcing
Mature coconut husks from reliable sources in Karnataka's coconut belt. Properly retted and aged (4–6 months), free from sand, soil, and contaminants.
02Washing & Buffering
Continuous washing and buffering system using Ca(NO₃)₂ solution to replace excess sodium and potassium with calcium. Multiple rinses with RO-treated water.
03Drying & Processing
Mechanical dryer system for controlled drying to 15–18% moisture. The washed coir pith is processed through online granulation, sieving, and grading.
04Compression & Shaping
Hydraulic baling press compresses processed cocopeat into 5kg blocks — reducing volume for efficient global shipping. Precise compression profiles maintained.
05Quality Testing
Every batch undergoes lab testing for pH, EC, exchangeable cations, moisture, and physical parameters. Certificate of Analysis (COA) provided with every shipment.
06Packaging & Export
Export-grade packaging with strapping and weighing. 26+ MT in 40ft HQ containers. Private labeling available. Palletized or loose stuffing options.
